Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Include all original tags and packaging (including our branded card and box)
  • Not be a final sale or custom-made item (e.g., personalized hairpins)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or show signs of use.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers) or shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
  • Exchanges: We’d be delighted to help you exchange for another style! Just let us know what you’d like instead.
  • Store Credit: Prefer credit for future shopping? Just ask—we’ll apply it instantly.


International Returns

We accept international returns, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Duties or import fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it immediately—at no cost to you.
