Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Petite Lovelies gift cards. Your payment will be processed securely through our payment gateway.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion—before or after confirmation—for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory inaccuracies.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed (typically 1–3 business days). While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed and do not constitute a binding commitment.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service disruptions.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original condition. Final sale, personalized, and custom items are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship. All measurements and descriptions are approximate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petite Lovelies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
