Limited Warranty

We offer a 6-month limited warranty

This warranty covers issues such as:

  • Broken or bent metal components due to faulty construction
  • Pearls or embellishments detaching prematurely under normal use
  • Clasps or springs failing during regular wear

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, or excessive bending
  • Exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, or other chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Alterations made by anyone other than Petite Lovelies

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll either repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping for warranty claims is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

  • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight
  • Apply hair products (spray, gel, etc.) before placing your accessory
  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use
  • Avoid pulling or twisting delicate components
